Position Summary

The Inside Sales Representative services, sells and promotes the ITW PNA portfolio through inside sales to an identified customer base within a geographic territory and supports the sales efforts of the PNA sales organization nationally. The individual is expected to meet and exceed profitable sales objectives (both independent and team based) as laid out in the annual and long range plan objectives of the company.

Job Description

  • Support nationwide sales efforts

  • Generate quotes

  • Work with internal stakeholders to maximize sales

  • Support sales team on basic field needs

  • Independently responsible for generating revenue in designated geography

  • Maintain existing accounts through regular contact, processing requests, and timely follow-up

  • Outbound calling to current and prospective customers to build sales pipeline and close project sales

  • Schedule quarterly reviews with top customers

  • Track monthly, quarterly & yearly revenues

  • Other duties as assigned

Q ualifications

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Work independently with limited direction

  • Knowledge of business-to-business sales process and procedures

  • Financial & Business acumen

  • Previous experience in customer facing roles or sales of industrial products preferred

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred

Proficient in:

  • Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Power BI, Excel, Word, etc.)

  • Sales tool technology such as CRM, Cognos and business software (SysPro) etc.

Compensation Information:

$26/hour-$31/hour dependent on experience +bonus potential
