Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Inventory Clerk in the Golden, Colorado area. In this role, you will be instrumental in maintaining accurate records, processing customer interactions, and managing inventory related tasks within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and maintain accurate inventory records using IBM AS/400 and ERP Solutions.

• Process customer interactions and inquiries efficiently, providing excellent customer service.

• Utilize Microsoft Office Suites and Excel to maintain and update customer and inventory data.

• Handle cash activity and cash handling responsibilities with precision.

• Coordinate shipping and receiving activities, ensuring smooth operations.

• Utilize the 'About Time' software for task management and time tracking.

• Assist in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) activities.

• Engage in data entry tasks and maintain customer records with a high level of accuracy. Requirements • Proficiency in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is required

• Experience with ERP Solutions is needed

• Familiarity with IBM AS/400 is necessary

• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel are essential

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites is required

• Knowledge of About Time software is preferred

• Proven experience in Cash Activity management is needed

• Experience with Cash Handling is essential

• Excellent Customer Service skills are required
