Responsibilities

• MaintainBirchstreetsystems and databases for all Grand Canyon Food and Beverage revenue centers
• Responsible forinformationmanagementsystems, dailyandweekly receiving, and monthly inventory
• Coordinate with the property accounting team oninvoicesand receivetracking as needed to ensure thetimelyreceipt and payment of vendor invoices
• Assistwith cyclic inventories in Food andBeverageand Retail departments, andmanagethe virtual storeroom locations inBirchstreet
