Anchor In-Home Care is seeking compassionate, reliable individuals to join our team and provide high-quality, in-home care to clients in West Michigan. We are currently hiring caregivers for all shifts (1st, 2nd and 3rd) in Grand Haven and Muskegon, MI, with both full-time and part-time opportunities available. Candidates should anticipate commuting for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance, including help with bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
• Support clients with daily activities and promote their independence.
• Build trusting, meaningful relationships with clients to enhance their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.
• Follow individualized care plans designed to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Work every other weekend as part of your regular schedule.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of caregiving experience preferred.
• Certifications: CNA certification is preferred but not required.
• Location: Must be able to reliably commute to Holland and/or Grand Haven, MI.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Skills: Strong communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.

Location: In-person care at client homes in Grand Haven and Muskegon, MI. Applicants must be able to commute reliably.
