Position Description: As an Account Coordinator at Grand Rapids Label, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient management of inventory, accurate forecasting of high-volume customer demands, and seamless execution of planning production orders. You will be responsible for overseeing daily and weekly shipments, managing a high volume of email communications, and handling various other critical tasks that are integral to our operations. This role requires a detail-oriented and proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will collaborate across multiple departments and teams, balancing competing priorities while ensuring exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities, all while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.

*Key Responsibilities: *
- Coordinate daily and weekly shipments and serve as the primary contact between Grand Rapids Label and business customers, ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt, efficient, and friendly communication.
- Manage and optimize inventory levels, forecast high-volume customer needs, and plan production runs based on forecasts and purchase orders to ensure timely delivery and smooth operations.
- Build strong customer relationships by gaining a deep understanding of their needs and resolving issues proactively.
- Track and manage production orders, communicate expectations and timelines to customers, and collaborate across teams to ensure smooth execution of operations.
Handle a high volume of emails and other communications, supporting overall operational success through efficient task management.

- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) and general computer applications.

Work Experience Requirements:
- Previous experience in Customer Service that specializes in Automotive Planning, Project Management or similar high-pressure roles, will be highly beneficial.
- Demonstrate proficient computer skills, especially in MS Office programs, and the ability to learn and use a variety of supplier websites.
Education Requirements:
- High School diploma / GED
