We are seeking a Forklift Operator/Yard Team member on the Landscape & Masonry team for our customer, County Materials located in Green Bay WI Military service members and veterans are encouraged to apply. Forklift Operators/Yard Team members load company and customer trucks for delivery. This position also maintains the organization of product in storage yard which includes manually stacking partial product orders and pallets. Job Duties Operate forklift, skid steer or front-end loader to stack, load and retrieve supplies and materials Document and maintain inventory Clean and maintain storage yard, tent, and equipment Exercise good judgment regarding work site unloading and operation Interact with customers to fulfill order and inquiries Pick and prepare orders for shipment or pick up Other tasks as needed Physical Requirements Carrying/Lifting 10 - 70 Pounds frequently Carrying/Lifting \>70 Pounds occasionally Standing / Walking / Climbing Squatting/Crouching/Kneeling/Bending Pushing / Pulling / Reaching Above Shoulder Work Environment Work in outdoor weather conditions Work near moving machinery and equipment Work in a noisy environment Work alongside moving traffic on roads Experience & Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old. 0-2 years of related experience. Knowledge of commonly used industry concepts, practices, and procedures preferred.
