JOB REQUIREMENTS: Train and instruct co-workers regarding all aspects of the line. Read and understand production work instructions and line sheets. Responsible to rotate crew every hour. Deal with co-workers in a calm professional manner. Communicate with Shift Lead when problems arise. Required to take a position on the line. Tend machines. Work at different work stations as production needs require but willing to work on the same equipment daily. Work on various lines where tasks vary as product moves through different stages along line. Clean work area thoroughly before leaving at the end of shift. Maintain production efficiencies on a regular basis. Complete quality check sheet hourly.
