Your Role:

As a CNC Machinist at, you'll operate CNC Mill or Lathe machines to perform a variety of machining operations on precision parts. You’ll work with blueprints, process plans, and machine tools to produce high-quality components while maintaining safety and efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Tooling Setup: Select and install tooling based on operational specifications.

• Machine Preparation: Set up and prepare CNC Mill or Lathe machines using blueprints, program sheets, and fixture location diagrams.

• Machining Operations: Perform multiple machining or cutting operations on parts.

• Loading & Unloading: Load and unload parts into machines and ensure first-piece approval.

• Utilize Standard Tools: Use a variety of standard machine tools such as drill presses and hand tools for operations.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure parts meet specifications and quality standards.

• Other Duties: Perform other tasks as required to support manufacturing operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: Associate’s degree in a related field, certification from a technical school, or a combination of education and hands-on experience OR 3 years of hands on experience with set up and operating a CNC Lathe or CNC Mill machine.

• Experience: 0 to 3 years of experience operating CNC Lathe or Mill machines.

• Technical Skills: Working knowledge of G&M code, ability to read and understand blueprints and assembly drawings.

• Machine Experience: Experience with HAAS or DOOSAN CNC machines is preferred.

• Measurement Skills: Ability to use calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and read a tape measure.

• Unit Conversion: Proficiency in converting between metric and English units.

• Additional Skills: Knowledge of GD&T is a plus.

• Safety & Protocols: Adhere to all safety guidelines, procedures, and protocols.

• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and perform tasks that require manual dexterity.

Pay Details: $18.50 to $20.00 per hour
