Job Description

Maintenance technicians will be responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the property, including electrical, plumbing, and heating/cooling repairs. Candidates will also be responsible for apartment turnovers once tenants move out, appliance repair and installation, and general facility upkeep including snow removal and maintaining hallways, office spaces, and administrative buildings.

Essential Skills and Requirements

  • Prior experience in painting, carpentry, or general contracting.

  • Valid state-issued driver license and your own transportation.

  • Experience with facilities repairs, hand tools, appliance repair, drywall, painting, light fixtures, remodeling, and carpentry.

Work Environment

This position is located in Guilderland, NY at a single job site. The working hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with an on-call rotation of one week per month. The team size consists of 3-5 other technicians.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
