About the Role

A Marketing Operations and Pre-Media Specialist is critical to the operations of the Marketing team. Supporting all business promotions needs for the marketing function. You will be responsible for ideation, design, creation, printing, and dispatch. You will lead marketing operations such as managing subscription-based platforms, vendor management, invoices reconciliation, payments and data, and record management.

Responsibilities

• Designing Product brochures, Price lists, Product Catalogues, Institutional & events branding, faculty & Student promotional material for HS India segments. Customer Sales catalogs, Medical conference promotional branding & material.

• Supporting internal teams across HS India & sometimes APAC for branding & development of promotional materials for in-house events.

• Managing & onboard vendors for Marketing print, courier, design. Events working with Compliance and global Procurementteams and negotiating prices for Marketing material.

• Interfacing with Customers, and Payment team ensuring timely payment processing which is critical to Sales Customer discussions & negotiations.

• Marketing Database management of Indian Healthcare hospitals, colleges, faculties, and students across medicine.

• Working with database and dispatch team for timely delivery of courier. Ensuring operational execution at institute, events & medical conferences.

• Working with Librarians, Institutional admins & Event organizers for execution and display of Elsevier branding & promotional material.

Requirements

• Have Master’s degree in graphic designing, multi-media, printing technology, or a related field.

• Have 5-7 yrs of experience in pre-press, digital agencies, or a related role in global MNCs

• Be well versed with AI tools such as co-pilot, and Google Gemini, Collaboration tools like Figma and Adobe.

• Know smart workflow Management software. Designing tools such as Canva, Figma, InDesign, Adobe Illustrator etc. Video creation capabilities, HTML creation, etc.
