As a Senior Data Product manager, you will be responsible for partnering with stakeholders to identify data needs by using the data flow throughout an entire product lifecycle and collecting the data requirements for each new capability, or product feature.

You will work with diverse global teams, spanning data producer and data consumer functions, to define and execute against milestones of the data management roadmap.

Clients will use the products you develop to gain in-depth insights into their travel program. Every day, data scientists will leverage the platform you build to train and release machine learning models

What You’ll Do on a Typical Day:

• Develop product roadmaps based on data and judgement that aligns with the company's overall strategy

• Define specific product requirements, features, and functionality

• Partner across functional teams with a focus on Product, Technology and Operations

• Lead the execution of products from inception through deployment with measurable outcomes

• Catalyst of change that can influence the broader organization and community of Egencia leaders

• Lead and prioritize product backlog based on business value

• Monitor product performance and customer feedback to inform product improvements and updates

• Stay current with market trends, new technologies, and competitors' products

• Develop product roadmaps based on data and judgement that aligns with the company's overall strategy

What We're Looking For:

• Relevant bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, business or related fields

• 5 years and more of product management experience

• Familiarity with the business travel industry, particularly rail

• 5 years of experience working with travel agency connectivity products and services is highly desired

• Working SQL knowledge
