Description We are in search of a detail-oriented and meticulous Financial Analyst to join our team. As a Financial Analyst, you will be tasked with the responsibility of managing a high volume of invoices, overseeing accounts receivable, assisting with journal entries, and providing analytical support to the project manager. This position provides a long term contract employment opportunity in the financial services industry.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage large volumes of invoices, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

• Monitor and maintain accounts receivable, taking necessary actions when required

• Assist with the preparation and maintenance of journal entries, ensuring they are accurately recorded

• Provide analytical support to the project manager, aiding in the successful completion of projects

• Utilize spreadsheet software proficiently to perform various tasks and analyses

• Employ Accounting Software Systems and CRM for efficient and effective financial management

• Utilize reporting tools and Data Mining Techniques for detailed financial reporting and analysis

• Perform various accounting functions, ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulations

• Participate in auditing processes, ensuring transparency and accuracy in financial records

• Assist with budget processes and capital management, ensuring the financial health of the organization. Requirements

• Possess a minimum of 3 years experience in a Financial Analyst role or similar

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required

• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is essential

• CRM skills are necessary

• Must have experience in executing Accounting Functions

• Familiarity with Accrual Accounting is necessary

• Proficiency in Auditing is required

• Experience in Budget Processes is necessary

• Must have knowledge of Capital Management
