向技术培训部长汇报并带领两名讲师，在保证安全与质量的前提下，培养一级、二级学校学生成为合格的实习生，完成各类内部员工的培训及认证。

通常情况下，您需要

• 与子公司及其所属区域、分公司进行有效沟通，充分了解需求。

• 与校方合作伙伴进行有效沟通，组织有效的宣讲并举办招生活动，按照与校方事先商定的招生计划，组建高质量的奥的斯订单班。

• 与内部各部门进行有效沟通，保证各项日常管理和教学工作的顺利开展和进行。

• 充分组织各种资源，高质量地完成一级、二级学校学生、内部员工培训等各项教学工作。

• 持续跟踪学生的实习情况，及时了解潜在问题并防患于未然；对已出现的问题，及时协调解决，保证较高的转正率。

成功的候选人需要具备

• 具有强烈的安全和质量意识。

• 具备电梯或扶梯的绿带技能，双绿带或蓝带及以上技能者优先。

• 具备较好的领导力，以及较强的沟通协调能力。

• 具有较强的团队协作意识和能力。

• 具有大专或以上学历。

• 较熟练地使用各种常用办公软件。
