Cosmetology Instructor

The Dauphin County Technical School is a comprehensive high school with 1,100 students, grades 9-12. We have an immediate opening for a Cosmetology Instructor (CIP 12.0401) to join our team. The candidate must have four (4) years of wage-earning work experience in Cosmetology and hold a valid PA State Board of Cosmetology Teaching License. The candidate must also be able to relate well with high-school aged students, work independently and prepare lessons that support students learning and skill development. Candidate must be willing to complete necessary coursework to earn a CTE teaching certification, or currently possess a PA CTE Teaching Certificate. Prior teaching experience is not required.
