Position Overview:
The HR Manager will lead a team of 4-8 HR Business Partners (HRBPs) in supporting our dynamic workforce at Ollies Bargain Outlet. This role will manage associate relations, drive HR projects, and foster cross-functional collaboration to improve the associate experience. Additionally the HR manager will work closely with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals and contribute to training programs that support employee development, performance, and engagement.
Primary Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management:
Lead and mentor a team of 4-8 HR Business Partners in associate relations, performance management, and development.
Build a collaborative, high-performing HRBP team aligned with company culture and business goals.
Support HRBPs in managing complex employee relations issues, offering conflict resolution and coaching, and facilitate positive outcomes
Associate Relations:
Lead the team in addressing associate relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent resolutions while maintaining compliance with company policies and legal requirements at all levels of the organization.
Advise on performance management and promote a productive work environment.
Partner with business leaders to improve engagement and retention, leveraging data-driven insights.
Project Leadership & HR Initiatives:
Lead and manage key HR projects like workforce planning, talent management, DEI, and engagement programs.
Ensure effective execution of HR initiatives, maintaining operational efficiency and associate satisfaction.
