Insight Global Repair Technician in Heath, Ohio

Job Description

DAY TO DAY:

Pay: $24-25.85

A client of Insight Global is seeking a product repair/mod technician to assist with disassembly of systems components to support the correction of failures or implement changes. Along with assisting with basic troubleshooting of pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical systems to isolate mechanical or electrical faults and repair faulty components. This candidate will be fabricating and modifying aerospace products according to specifications. You will also be assisting with performs tasks associated with the safe handling of a simple aerospace vehicle (e.g. jacking, towing, system operations). As a product repair/mod technician you will be performing tasks associated with the safe handling of an aerospace vehicle (e.g. critical lifts, system operations)

Skills and Requirements

· Hs diploma or GED

 · 1+ year of experience in the inspection of parts, components, assemblies, or units

 · 1+ years of experience working under a microscope or magnified glass

 · 1+ years Aircraft modification/maintenance

 · 1+ more years of experience using handheld tools and/or hand-held power tools

 · Ability to read and understand basic engineering drawings and specifications (blueprints/schematics)

Confidential or Secret clearance (secret post-start is required) · Military background

1+ years soldering experience and assembly of equipment null
