Next Door Company is seeking an entry level Welder. This position is perfect for someone who just got their certification and is looking to jump start their career! Help us cut materials to size and weld metal! This role will provide welding support for the warehouse teams. We offer long-term employment with opportunities for growth!

salary: $16 - $17 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

THIS IS AN ENTRY LEVEL WELDING POSITION** We will provide training on site. This is for someone thats looking to jumpstart their welding career. Potential for growth and hourly increase if you learn fast and work hard!

• Fabricate and assemble metal components or structures according to specifications.

• Inspect welds for quality and adherence to standards.

• Operate welding equipment safely and maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Troubleshoot issues and recommend solutions to improve welding processes.

• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
