Our Primary Care team is currently seeking a Full Time or Part Time APRN or PA-C to assist with our outpatient Primary Care patients in our High Springs, FL office.  Work with a team of highly dedicated physicians and advanced care providers providing services to a diverse patient population.  We are looking for an energetic and dependable provider to deliver quality care to our patients.Clinic is open Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
