Customer Production Planner

Davis Tool is looking for a production planner who wants to work directly with customers, be challenged, learn factory scheduling, and perform hands on work in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Y ou will interface with other departments and work directly with our customers to accept new orders, establish production schedules, assess manufacturing capacities and support customer requirements. This is an entry level position.

Day Shift:

Monday-Friday 8 am to 4:30 pm.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Review and process new customer orders

• Create and review new product schedules with sales, engineering and manufacturing.

• Coordinate with purchasing to insure product schedules.

• Support capacity analysis, production schedules and rate information for customers.

  Qualifications

• BS or BA Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or related field

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Adept with computer systems, data entry, and complex spread sheets
