具体的な職務内容

• 関係各所と協力し事業計画に則った運用と結果が出ている事を評価するメトリクスの策定と改善活動

• 国内外の輸送の課題を解決するプロジェクトマネジメント

• 物流コスト分析および最適化戦略の立案・実施

• サプライチェーンの効率化に向けた輸送手段・ルートの見直し

• 輸送パートナー（運送会社等）との交渉および関係構築

• 物流サービスの入札プロセスの管理と実施

• オペレーションチームと協力し新規輸送業者の選定および入札評価

• 医療機器特有の安全基準・規制に準拠した物流プロセスの確立

• チーム内外のステークホルダーと連携したプロセス改善の推進

• 定期的な物流パフォーマンスレポートの作成と報告

• 物流におけるデジタル化・自動化ソリューションの検討と導入サポート

Key Responsibilities

• Develop metrics and improvement activities to evaluate operations and results in accordance with business plans, collaborating with relevant departments

• Project management to solve domestic and international transportation challenges

• Analyze logistics costs and implement optimization strategies

• Review and improve transportation modes and routes for supply chain efficiency

• Negotiate with and build relationships with transportation partners (carriers, etc.)

• Manage and implement bidding processes for logistics services

• Select and evaluate new transportation providers through bidding processes together with operation team

• Establish logistics processes that comply with medical device safety standards and regulations

• Drive process improvements in collaboration with stakeholders within and outside the team

• Create regular logistics performance reports and present to management

• Evaluate and support implementation of digital and automation solutions in logistics

必須条件

• 物流・サプライチェーン管理における5年以上の実務経験

• プロジェクトマネジメントの経験（2年以上）

• データ分析能力と問題解決スキル

• 優れたコミュニケーション能力と交渉スキル

• 英語力（メールおよび会議でのコミュニケーション必須）

• Excel、PowerPointなどのMicrosoft Officeツールの操作スキル

• 医療機器業界または精密機器関連分野での経験

• 国際物流における実務経験

• サプライチェーン管理または物流に関する資格（APICS CSCP、SCPROなど）

• 在庫管理システムやERPシステム（SAP等）の使用経験

• 改善活動（カイゼン、リーン、シックスシグマ）の経験や資格

Essential Qualifications

• 5+ years of practical experience in logistics/supply chain management

• Project management experience (2+ years)

• Data analysis capability and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Business-level English proficiency (required for communication with international stakeholders)

• Skills in Microsoft Office tools including Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the medical device industry or precision machinery industry-related field

• Practical experience in international logistics

• Supply chain management or logistics certifications (APICS CSCP, SCPRO, etc.)

• Experience with inventory management systems and ERP systems (such as SAP)

• Experience or certification in improvement methodologies (Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma)

• PMP or similar project management certification
