Join the TMG Maintenance Team as an HVAC Technician and become a crucial part of our operations. Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, you will specialize in installing, repairing, and maintaining our heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Your expertise ensures that our business locations are equipped with systems that operate at peak efficiency, offering safe, comfortable, and energy-efficient environments. This position requires on-call availability 24/7 to address urgent maintenance needs, reflecting our commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

• Installation and Upgrades:Perform precise installations of HVAC systems, ensuring seamless integration into existing infrastructure.

• Maintenance and Efficiency:Conduct routine and preventive maintenance, optimizing system performance and longevity.

• Troubleshooting and Repairs:Diagnose and repair HVAC issues efficiently, minimizing downtime and disruptions.

• Resource Management:Manage the acquisition of parts, tools, and equipment necessary for maintenance tasks.

• Waste Management:Ensure proper disposal practices for waste and recyclable materials.

• Collaboration and Training:Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to facilitate rapid and effective property and equipment repairs. Engage in continuous learning to enhance the team’s overall skill set.

• Documentation:Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, ensuring compliance and facilitating smooth operations.

• Safety Compliance:Adhere to all company policies and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe work environment.

• Schedule Management:Develop and oversee a preventive maintenance schedule that ensures all tasks are performed timely and efficiently.

• On-Call Duties:Be available to respond to emergency service requests during off-hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in commercial/industrial HVAC settings.

• Formal training from a recognized trade school, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Minimum age of 18 years.

• Valid driver’s license.

• Proficient in health and safety regulations.

• Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to handle physical workload and operate in diverse weather conditions.

• Professional certifications (e.g., CMRP, HVAC certification) preferred.
