Description We are on the lookout for a Collections Specialist to join our team in the service industry, based in HOLLAND NT, Ohio. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity, where you will be accountable for managing customer accounts, processing applications, and resolving inquiries in an efficient manner.

Responsibilities:

• Accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications.

• Ensuring customer credit records are up-to-date and precise.

• Attending to customer inquiries and resolving them promptly.

• Overseeing customer accounts and executing appropriate actions.

• Contributing to a high volume, fast-paced call center environment.

• Delivering exceptional customer service in a call center setting.

• Managing commercial collections and B2B collections.

• Implementing collections management strategies to ensure timely payments.

• Operating within a high volume call center, managing multiple tasks concurrently. Requirements • Proficiency in B2B collections

• Experience in Collections - Commercial

• Familiarity with Commercial Collections

• Proven track record in Collections management

• Skills in Credit - Collections

• Call Center experience

• Ability to provide excellent Call Center Customer Service

• Experience working in a Fast Paced Call Center

• Ability to handle High Volume Call Center operations
