Description and Requirements

Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled System Analyst to evaluate and analyze complex system flows and integrations. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to design effective solutions and deliver high-quality deliverables. Additionally, the System Analyst will manage user requirements for program development, ensuring alignment with business goals.

The Job

· Analyze and document complicated system flows and integrations

· Collaborate with stakeholders to design solutions that meet business needs

· Develop and deliver project documentation, including requirements specifications, system designs, and user manuals

· Gather, document, and prioritize user requirements for program development

· Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders

· Conduct system testing and validation to ensure solutions meet requirements

· Identify areas for improvement in existing systems and processes

· Provide training and support to users on new systems and functionalities

The Person

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

· Minimum 5 years working experience in digital industry

· Proven experience as a System Analyst or in a similar role

· Strong understanding of system integration and software development lifecycle

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

· Proficient in documenting system flows, user requirements, and technical specifications

· Familiarity with project management methodologies

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

  • Experience with Java, API development and large scale highly coupled systems, Telecommunication experience is a plus

  • Knowledge of database management and SQL, PL/SQL
