SummaryPerforms accounting work to assist clients to meet their accounting needs. Prepares tax forms for Personal, Business, Corporations, and Partnerships. Creates new client and retains existing client relationships to meet personal and company goals. May supervise employees and manage offices.DutiesAccounting Work•Meets with client to interview and compiles tax data.•Enters data into computer files and prepares tax forms.•Review information and corrects errors to ensure accuracy. •Reviews tax notices for governmental errors and creates thoughtful responses when there are inaccuracies.Client Building and Retention•Develop relationships with key referral sources: attorneys, insurance agents, financial advisors, bankers, etc.•Attend community events to meet prospects and get the company name visible.•Treat all clients and potential clients with respect and care, go the extra step.•Project a professional image of self in the community.•Let management know of community promotions.Management & Extra Duties•May be asked to manage smaller offices.•May be asked to supervise employees.•May assist in answering phones.•May assist others in completing other projects.

Minimum Salary: 70000 Maximum Salary: 90000 Salary Unit: Yearly
