Your Role: We are seeking a professional to join our dynamic team as an Air Quality Engineer/Project Manager. The ideal candidate will bring experience in client/project management and regulatory compliance to enhance our growing air permitting team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead projects and play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and delivering exceptional service. * Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery. * Act as the primary point of contact for clients, regulatory agencies, and internal teams. * Stay informed on existing, new, and proposed regulations and apply them to client projects. * Prepare accurate emission estimates using approved state and federal calculation methodologies based on site-specific information. * Ensure quality control of both personal work and managed projects. * Conduct comprehensive federal and state air quality regulatory reviews, contributing to strategy development for compliance. * Evaluate air pollution control technologies for economic and technical feasibility, aiding in the selection of appropriate control equipment. * Develop comprehensive air quality permits for Title V, Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD), and New Source Review compliance. * Conduct activities in line with internal procedures, legislation, and industry standards. * Pursue continuous professional development and maintain a high degree of discipline knowledge and awareness. * Work in a safe manner at all times and report all health and safety incidents and concerns. * Additional duties as required.

Qualifications: * Bachelors degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related field. * 4+ years of relevant post-education experience in air permitting including project management experience. * Highly proficient in federal and state air quality regulations and permitting processes. * Excellent leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior staff. * Effective communication and negotiation abilities. * Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills. * Familiarity with developing and maintaining spreadsheets and relational databases to track operating and emissions data. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. * A Pre-employment drug screening in compliance with state regulations is required. * Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record without restrictions.
