Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $13 - $13 / hour*
What you'll be doing as a Event Staff Supervisor:
Supervise and coordinate event staff to ensure efficient operations
Assign tasks and manage work to maintain smooth event execution
Oversee event setup, breakdown, and all on-site logistics
Ensure high-quality guest service and resolve any on-site issues promptly
Monitor staff performance and provide feedback as needed
Ensure compliance with safety and operational guidelines
Available Shifts:
Shift Timings - 1st Shift (Day), 2nd Shift (Evening) and Weekends
Job Requirements:
Previous experience in event coordination, hospitality, or team supervision preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to multitask and remain calm in high-pressure situations.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
Physical ability to assist with event setup and breakdown as needed.
