Range of $83,200-$100,000 yearly

Job Purpose or Objective(s): The Laundry Operations Senior Manager is responsible for planning, assigning, and supervising the work of the laundry leadership and staff while growing the leadership in the laundry operation and build a culture that is in with the values of the Choctaw Nation of Oklahoma. You will report to the Corporate Director of Hotel Operations.
Primary Tasks:
Management of laundry staff which includes coaching, evaluating, directing, processing employee leave requests, scheduling, and performance management to include discipline, hiring, firing, and payroll.
Manage all areas of linen care and safe operation of commercial laundry machinery assuring that laundry tasks are completed following procedures.
Assist the development for all leadership associates in their management, CNO values, technical, and administrative skills while also leading new projects for Laundry Operations.
Act as the primary contact within the CNO, including: Resort Leadership, Hotel EVS leadership, Human Resources, Risk Management, Safety, Recruiting, Facilities Maintenance, Accounting, & Corporate Leadership.
Provide feedback, discipline, hire, terminate, and laundry facility associates of all levels while maintaining a fair work environment for all laundry associates.
Facilitate and review SOP's, training programs and job descriptions while ensuring compliance with cost control, waste reduction, quality, safety, and complete and on time delivery at the lowest possible cost.
Manage all expenses including maintenance costs to assure that financial goals are met. Help create the Annual Budget for the Laundry Operation.
Oversee the maintenance of all commercial laundry equipment and review/approve/reject invoices for accuracy.
Approve and oversee all inventory controls and orders on necessary supplies ensuring workers have the necessary equipment and tools necessary including linen, detergent supplies, etc.
Perform other duties as may be assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Associate degree in hospitality or related field
Be willing to obtain CLLM Certification
Ability to work with multiple cleaning agents, tools and equipment and train in bloodborne pathogens and perform required bloodborne pathogens procedures
Understand the process of the laundry operation
Be willing/able to perform job tasks of your team (except technical positions)
Six (6) years hotel/laundry management experience in hotel industry
Three (3) years minimum experience with large operations (7.5 million lbs. annual)
Three (3) years minimum experience with large Commercial Laundry Operations
