Our employees are key ingredients to our success,​ and you will be responsible for HR support to a specific plant(s) on topics such as talent management, leadership development, early career programs, career pathing, mobility and strategic talent reviews. For people managers in specific plants, you will act as point of contact for specific HR topics. You are a trusted partner and will drive implementation of global strategies and initiatives across plants. You will be responsible for influencing business strategy for people-related issues.

How you will contribute:

You will be responsible for

People Strategy

  • Align HR Strategy, structure, and capability to deliver best practice HR Business Partnering & solution to support business strategy/goals and drive business results.

  • Embed HR purpose into the HR function and the broader organization via value proposition & delivery.

  • Review current priorities and workload to assess alignment/contribution to company goal; course correct current workloads to value adding outcomes.

Organization Design and Development

  • Partner with leaders to ensure their organizations are structured in a way that will enable them to meet or exceed business targets today and in the future.

  • Be aware of how culture, diversity, value, capability of individuals and teams impact organization performance.

Talent Development:

  • Ensure leadership (function area) is attracting, recruiting, developing, and retaining the right talent in the right roles in a consistent manner to meet our current and future succession needs.

  • Build talent pipeline for today and future needs.

  • Do regular Talent review to identify gaps and action plan.

Capability Development

  • Work with business to identify critical skills needed to deliver business goals.

  • Identify areas of development for functional area, source supporting programs, and build functional expertise, fundamental skill and leadership capabilities for the future.

Performance Management

  • Continuously educate our leaders on Performance Management to introduce training, communication, performance calibration, and ongoing, high-quality feedback and coaching

Drive Engagement Agenda

  • Drive Factory management to build and implement the engagement agenda

Lead Operation agenda

  • Ensure people resource in place to ensure production capacity by strategic and third parties leveraging.

  • Partner with factory management to organize workforce and deliver the highest labor productivity level.

  • Ensure the plants is operated in compliance to the local law (working time, rest time, overtime, payment…)

  • Lead and drive factory management for employee relations activities and compliance agenda

  • Ensure pay and health workplace, ensure pay and benefit and employment services delivered on time high quality.

  • Ensure delivery of regular and ad-hoc HR reports

Advisor and Coach

  • Contribute to success of the business by knowing and understanding the broader internal and external context and setting in which a business operates.

  • Contribute to develop of the business through all aspects of the business and actively play a role on the functional leadership teams.

  • Train and advise other Managers in personnel and workplace relations matter

People Cost Management

  • Ensure an effective people cost and productivity management.

  • Overseeing the application of redundancy and other employee retrenchment policies
