Position Summary: The Field Services Manager role is accountable for managing and coordinating all tasks and personnel related to field services. This role can be in office or a hybrid remote/office position. Essential Duties & Responsibilities of the Field Services Manager: Adheres to Goebel s Core Values and all safety and quality requirements Manage installation supervisors and field personnel in accordance with company policy Ensure adherence to Goebel travel policy for Field Services Group personnel Review and approve expense reports Scheduling installation supervisors and crews in accordance with project schedules Hire and manage installation crews to meet project requirements Manage installation tools, equipment and supplies Solicit and manage installation subcontractors as needed to balance workload and resources Maintain weekly labor and cost reporting by project Installation budget attainment Coordinate with Project Teams and Production for project logistics Review and conform with contract documents related to site work Perform small project installations as needed Travel to job sites for safety presentations and progress/quality checks Support weekly activities of Installation Teams Promote safety awareness Ensure quality expectations are being met Continuous improvement and innovation Communicate and collaborate on resolving issues and deficiencies Effectively and professionally communicate inside and outside the organization Coach and develop individuals to grow with the company Perform other duties and responsibilities as directed by manager
