Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Accounts Payable Clerk in Hyannis, Massachusetts. This role involves the processing of numerous invoices and providing support to the overall Accounts Payable department. The position is based entirely on-site with a standard Monday to Friday work schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently process a high volume of invoices

• Provide comprehensive support to the Accounts Payable Manager

• Utilize software such as Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for various tasks

• Conduct regular check runs and account reconciliation

• Manage coding invoices and data entry tasks

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary

• Maintain detailed and accurate customer credit records. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required

• Must have experience with Accounts Payable (AP)

• Ability to conduct Check Runs efficiently

• Proficient in Coding Invoices

• Strong Data Entry skills are essential

• Experience in Invoice Processing is necessary

• Must be adept at using Microsoft Excel

• Familiarity with Oracle is a plus

• Prior experience with QuickBooks is desirable

• SAP knowledge will be advantageous
