Description:

You will assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Hygiene Officer is responsible to assist the policies and procedures relating to hygiene, health and safety, conducting regular checking of the food safety related issues, and smooth and efficient running of the Food & Beverage Department in support of all other operating departments

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years college or technical school; or 6 months to 1 year related experience and/or training; or Equivalent combination of education and experience
