Job Role:

This position is for a seasoned professional in Test and Validation, who works independently, measures, analyzes, and calibrates equipment on medium to large platforms/projects/systems. Trains lower level team members. Prepares equipment for complex testing on medium to large platforms and oversees the preparation of equipment for testing on smaller to medium platforms/projects/systems.

Responsibilities:

· Advanced Software Testing Skills with good domain knowledge in indus

trial products.

· Test strategy, test estimation and planning

· Learn and apply project high-level and detailed business requirements

· Experience of testing embedded systems firmware is a must

· Experience in industrial protocols like modbus, BACnet, BLE, WiFi based

product testing preferable.

· Basic knowledge of IP networking concepts

· Have a working knowledge of hardware interface, debugging on hardware & use of test equipment’s like multimeter, oscilloscope, function generators

· Review and maintain all project documentation and document test results

· Maintain understanding of current and new testing technologies

· Communicate effectively with constituents at all levels

· Need to demonstrate – Quality, Initiative, Quantity, Dependability and Teamwork

· Experience in HVAC domain or Industrial automation domain is plus.

OTHER COMPETENCIES:

· Demonstrate sustained initiative, proven ability to work independently and take on complex tasks with minimal direction

· Solid creativity and innovation Ability to understand issues, debugging issues and take appropriate action

· Strong English communication skills - oral and written.

· Ability to adapt quickly to an existing, complex environment.

· Ability to quickly learn new concepts and software is necessary.

· Passionate about building high-quality systems

Job Description:

· Minimum 8 to 11 years QA experience

· Ensures that systems run according to necessary specifications on small to medium platforms/projects/systems.

· Measures, analyzes and calibrates equipment and processes to ensure quality standard are met on small to medium platforms/projects/systems.

· Confirms operations according to necessary regulations to ensure production quality on small to medium platforms/projects/systems.

· Documents test results and maintains records for later analysis.
