Primary Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements to develop Data Visualizations and Dashboards for Health Care and Reporting systems

• Be able to conduct Scrum ceremonies

• Provide support for Application Maintenance, New Development support

• Resolve production issues by code debugging, analyze logs, perform reverse engineering to find the root cause and suggest permanent fix within SLA (Service Level Agreement)

• Be available for production deployments/troubleshooting during off hours/weekends

• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience

• 7+ years of experience with Mainframe Technologies (JCL, COBOL, DB2, CICS, VSAM)

• 7+ years of experience with DB - Any RDBMS - DB2, No SQL

• 4+ years with Performance techniques, Tuning requests

• 4+ years of experience with API’s

• 3+ years with Cloud Experience (MF - Migration Experience)

• 3+ years with DevOps Tools & techniques

• Solid experience of operating in a quickly changing environment and driving technological innovation to meet business requirement

• Experience with Agile, Scrum and Kanban principles

• Experience in the healthcare industry

• Experience with Rally/Agile tools

• Mainframe DevOps Engineer experience

• Experience with End-to-End Project handling

• Experience with Mainframe Migration Projects to Cloud

• Solid understanding of software engineering processes: Design patterns, algorithms, data structures, schemas and queries, system design, unit testing, code reviews, agile and dev-ops

• Exposure to Cloud

• Proven track record of building relationships across cross-functional teams

• Proven excellent time management, communication, decision making, and presentation skills

• Demonstrated ability to manage code migration through the various stages for the release.

• Demonstrated ability to establish repeatable processes, best practices and implement version control software, automated testing and deployment

• Flexible to work in different shifts and ability to take the on-call responsibility in rotation.
