What You’ll Do

• Egencia’s Technology organization is looking for a highly motivated, self-driven, self-starter, and fast-growing potential individual to join a growing technologist team. You are well-versed in SDLC and Agile methodologies—an experienced Front End Software Developer with expertise in React JS and JavaScript to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have 7-10 years of experience in software development and a solid understanding of data structures algorithms, and design patterns.

• Lead the front-end development of our web applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and user experience.

• Develop new user-facing features using React JS and other modern web technologies.

• Mentored junior developers, guiding front-end technologies and design patterns.

• Build reusable components and libraries for future use.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, staying up-to-date with emerging front-end technologies and trends.

• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to ensure the best possible outcome.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Expertise in React.js, Typescript, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).

• 5-8 years of experience in Front End development using React JS.

• Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms, design patterns, CSS, and HTML.

• Experience with other Front-End technologies such as Angular, Backbone, or Bootstrap.

• Experience with Agile methodologies and software development best practices.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
