Job Description

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support, duties may include researching multiple databases, data entry, document analysis, filing, preparing outgoing mail, sorting incoming mail and other duties as required. This position will be full-time and onsite.

What You’ll Do

  • Enter provider enrollment information with 100% accuracy and within 3 business days

  • Communicate professionally with clients to request additional information and follow up on those requests until task is complete

  • Make supervisor aware of any questions you have about data entry before you enter the data and respond to customer

  • Perform filing, document storage preparation and other administrative duties

  • Assist Dedicated Funds staff with special projects.

  • Analyze medical malpractice filings to verify information is complete and accurate; and enter information in database with 100% accuracy and within 10 business days of receipt

  • Review incoming documents to identify information to be redacted

  • Determine whether they should be scanned, filed or routed to other staff

What You'll Need

Required:

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Basic knowledge of computer procedures, familiarity with Microsoft Office products

  • Ability to draft email correspondence using correct grammar, spelling, andpunctuation

  • Ability to attend to detail and maintain accuracy and confidentiality

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Ability to consistently work Monday-Friday

Physical Demands

  • Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standards

  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.

  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
