JOB SUMMARY
The Compensation and Benefits Manager will oversee the company's global compensation and benefits programs. They will design, implement, and manage competitive compensation and benefits packages that align with our companys strategic goals and comply with current laws and regulations.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
GENERAL:
- Improve communication and understanding of the Total Rewards package IMG provides to its employees to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Act with a global mindset and understand the challenges, opportunities and interdependencies that highlight an integrated Global Total Reward approach.
- Establish and manage a global compliance calendar to ensure that all annual compliance obligations are satisfied (i.e.: internal/external audits, government filings and reports, etc.
BENEFITS:
- Manage the administration of all benefits and retirement programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, pension, and 401(k) plan.
- Design, implement, and communicate benefit programs within the framework of IMGs total reward strategy.
- Develop and implement a global wellness strategy with the goal of increasing employee engagement, reducing health risks and reducing overall benefit expenses.
- Manage the US Benefits Open Enrollment Processes and related Communications/Implementation.
- Provide an annual review of benefits programs globally (including retirement plans) and make appropriate recommendations to remain cost effective, competitive and equitable.
- Respond to benefits inquiries from managers and employees on plan provisions, benefits enrollments, status changes and other general inquiries.
- Ensure the accuracy of all benefits enrollments in the HRIS to provide vendors with accurate eligibility information. Perform quality checks of benefits-related data.
- Assist with new-hire orientations and distribute all benefit enrollment materials to determine eligibility.
- Process and administer all leave-of-absence requests and disability paperwork: medical, personal, disability and FMLA.
- Effectively interpret FMLA and ADA implications as they relate to leaves of absences/disabilities.
- Provide necessary reports for allocation/billing charges.
COMPENSATION:
Design locally competitive compensation structures in compliance with all local laws and regulations.
Serve as the subject matter expert for establishing individual compensation rates and recommending market adjustments.
Maintain ownership of all external salary survey data, benchmarking and market insights to ens
