Title –Enterprise Architect

Remote (USA)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Solution Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in Northstar and Transformational architecture projects. This role will involve leading the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-level telecommunications solutions, ensuring alignment with the strategic goals and Northstar initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Enterprise Architecture Development:

  • Design and develop comprehensive enterprise architecture solutions for telecom systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.

  • Lead architectural reviews and present recommendations to stakeholders and executive management.

  • Ensuring Governance & IT Standards are followed and adhered to.

2. Northstar Initiatives:

  • Drive the execution of Northstar, transformational initiatives, aligning technology solutions with business objectives and future-state visions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure Northstar initiatives are integrated seamlessly into the enterprise architecture.

  • Understanding the impacts across multiple domains

3. Technical Leadership:

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices.

4. Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with business leaders, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions, HLD documents, keeping in mind impacts across the org.

  • Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

5. Technology Evaluation and Selection:

  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance the telecom infrastructure and support strategic goals.

  • Lead proof-of-concept initiatives to validate new technologies and approaches.

6. Solution Design and Implementation:

  • Oversee the design and implementation of end-to-end telecom solutions, ensuring they meet performance, security, and compliance requirements.

  • Develop detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and implementation plans.

7. Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization within the telecom infrastructure.

  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of telecom innovation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology.

  • Experience in Telecom, Retail, Cable, Banking.

  • Looking for proven enterprise Northstar, Transformational Work, A large conversions project, migration, etc. Work that is Enterprise in scale that touched multiple domains (compliance, security, care, billing, the CRM, Frontend, etc.)

  • Experience with Biz Design (this is used for documentation)

  • Sequence Diagrams

  • 10+ years of experience as an architect

  • Proven experience with Northstar initiatives and a strong understanding of their impact on enterprise architecture.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks

  • Excellent problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication skills.

Salary Range:

The base salary range for this position is $109,749 - 164,623, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Benefits available to eligible employees in this role include medical, dental, and vision insurance, comprehensive employee assistance program, 401(k) retirement plan, paid time off and holidays.
