As a Resident Assistant in Assisted Living you will be responsible for directly and positively impacting the health and well-being of our Residents through a variety of tasks including: activities of daily living, assisting with medication, dressing and personal care, escorting to and from activities or events, minor housekeeping and other tasks as necessary. Note: All team members will be required to successfully complete Medication Manager Course within six months of hire.

• Pay: The minimum pay rate for Resident Assistant is $15.26 per hour. Successful completion of Medication Manager course minimum pay rate increase to $15.80 per hour.

• Shift Differentials:

• Evening Shift: Additional $3.00/hr

• Weekend Shift: Additional $1.00/hr
