Systems Control is looking for an Assembler to become a part of our Integrated Substation Solutions team. The Assembler performs general duties under the direction of the production supervisor, this includes installing components into panels per the production specification sheet.

A Day In The Life

• Working independently or with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency .

• Identifying lead wire and terminal types and installing them per production specification sheet.

• Assuring that all products meet the highest standard of quality .

• Following all safety rules and ISO requirements.

• Adhering to all company rules and policies .

• Keeping work areas clean and organized.

• Ensuring that work practices are in the guidelines of OSHA standards .

• Operating a hoist properly and safely.

What will help you thrive in this role?

• 1-3 years of relevant experience preferred.

• Read, use, and understand measuring devices.

• Ability to stand for excessive periods of time.

• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills .

• Understanding of measurements using standard and metric measuring devices.

• Proficiency with hand tools
