Job Description:

We are seeking experienced and talented Baristas to join our team and provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages and food items, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and providing a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks

  • Take and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, including equipment and supplies

  • Provide a positive customer experience by engaging with customers, answering questions, and addressing concerns

  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

    Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Barista

  • Knowledge of espresso machines and preparation techniques

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

    Pay Rate: $19/hr to $20/hr
