Job Title: Construction Project ManagerJob Description

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with a strong background in telecom construction to join our team in the Dallas area. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of industry experience, with at least 3-5 years in a management or supervisory role. This position requires extensive travel to various non-union sites, managing P&L, and fostering strong relationships with trades.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met and costs are controlled.

• Actively manage and participate in on-site telecom construction activities.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with trades to ensure project success.

• Lead and supervise construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring all milestones are met.

• Evaluate and review bids to ensure they meet project requirements and budget constraints.

• Regularly meet with clients to discuss project progress, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.

• Travel to various project sites (95% travel required) to oversee construction activities and ensure compliance with project plans.

Essential Skills

• Minimum of 10 years in the construction industry, with a focus on telecom projects.

• 3-5 years of experience in a management or supervisory role, preferably in non-union environments.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Willingness to travel extensively to project sites.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in project management, construction, and telecom.

• Experience in boots on ground telecom construction.

• Proficiency in managing P&L, subcontractors, and reviewing bids.

• Ability to conduct site walks, waste walks, and general contractor experience.

• Familiarity with RFI, change orders, construction supervision, and OSHA 30 certification.

Work Environment

This role requires 95% travel to project sites across the US. The company will cover flights, hotels, mileage expenses, and provide a company card. Ideally, candidates should reside in Texas, Seattle, Idaho, or Colorado.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $105000.00 - $120000.00/yr.

401k, they have two benefits packages to choose from and they pay the premium, 2 weeks holiday, PTO, Bonus dependant on company performance (8-15k) paid out in March/April,
