ManpowerGroup FastTrack Engineer in Irving, Texas

Our client, a leader in technology solutions, is seeking a FastTrack Engineer to join their team. As a FastTrack Engineer, you will be part of a Customer Success team supporting customer deployments to the Microsoft Cloud. The ideal candidate will have strong technical leadership, exceptional collaboration skills, and a customer-focused mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Remote - must be in a hub city for occasional onsite meetings (Irving, TX or Charlotte, NC)

18 Month Contract

What's the Job?

  • Support customers deploying to the Microsoft Cloud, focusing on Microsoft 365 products.

  • Drive customer success and adoption of Microsoft software purchases.

  • Provide consultative advice to improve product experience for customers and partners.

  • Collaborate with training teams to optimize onboarding processes and materials.

  • Analyze and communicate feedback for technology improvements in the onboarding process.

What's Needed?

  • Technical proficiency in Windows desktop deployment and management (Windows 10 preferred).

  • Demonstrated ability to create positive experiences for customers and partners.

  • Experience articulating the benefits of cloud technologies and Microsoft products.

  • Exceptional collaboration skills across diverse teams and priorities.

  • Strong communication skills, both spoken and written, with technical writing experience.
