Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity in the transport industry for an HR Recruiter based in Irving, Texas. As an HR Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in managing recruitment processes, conducting background checks, and facilitating effective communication across various teams.

Responsibilities:

• Handle full cycle recruiting to meet the various staffing goals across all levels within multiple business units.

• Utilize ATS (Asynchronous Transfer Mode) and other recruitment technologies such as Careerbuilder and CRM.

• Leverage ADP Workforce Now and ADP - Financial Services to manage recruitment processes.

• Execute background checks for potential employees.

• Ensure effective communication with team members and stakeholders.

• Oversee applicant track system for efficient management of candidate data.

• Perform benefit functions as part of the recruitment process.

• Use Paycom for efficient HR management.

• Ensure all recruitment activities are about time, maintaining efficiency and effectiveness. Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services
