Northrop Grumman Enterprise Services is seeking a qualified candidate for a Payroll Tax Analyst – Tier 4 to work at our Corporate Office in Irving TX or Bloomington MN.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage the Employee case load through Service Now with "World Class Service” meeting the Service level agreement of under 72 hours response time.
Responding to employee cases regarding federal and state tax and wage inquiries
Researching and responding to Case workflow email notices for employee work and home address combinations
Processing W-2 Write ups and W-2’s through ADP W-2 Manager
Potential to amending Federal Tax returns as assigned
Potential to amending State Income tax returns as assigned
Potential to amend State Unemployment returns as assigned
Potential to amend Local returns as assigned
Submitting W-2 corrections to federal and state entities and filing amended returns
Potential to assist in maintaining the federal, state and local quarterly payroll deductions to tax payment reconciliations
Payroll tax electronic and paper record retention according to company and department policy, including filing.
Miscellaneous duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications/Experience: For individuals to be successful in this position, they should have the following acquired and proven education and experience:
Basic Qualifications:
High school degree is required, some college preferred
5 years Payroll tax experience and/or a combination of 5 years payroll tax/accounting experience
Microsoft Excel/spreadsheet analysis experience is required
Preferred Qualifications:
Accounting degree preferred
Preferred - CPP certification from American Payroll Association
SAP payroll experience preferred
ADP Smart Compliance Tax Software experience preferred
Salary Range: $60,900 - $91,300
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
