Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Junior Analyst to join a team responsible for pharmacy data escalations related to customer data. If a CVS Customer logs into their CVS Pharmacy portal, they should be able to view all their personal information, prescription information, and insurance information in one place. If any of this information is incorrect, an escalation ticket is sent to correct that issue, and various teams work to establish the root cause of the discrepancy. This Junior Analyst will receive escalation tickets from the RX Systems Support team, and they will be responsible for going into the pharmacy dispensary systems and look at the dispensary and insurance used and then determine if the correct insurance was used. Once they determine whether the information used was correct or not, they then escalate this ticket to the next team who will create a solution for this issue.

Skills and Requirements

- 1-3 years of experience in Data Entry or Data Analysis focused role

- Strong communication skills and ability to speak with a patient to gather clarifying data.

- Critical thinking ability and a desire to track a problem to completion even when hitting dead ends.

- High level of attention to detail even in monotonous tasks.

- 

OR

- Pharmacy Technician License

- Basic understanding of pharmacy practices and insurance

- Critical thinking ability and a desire to track a problem to completion even when hitting dead ends.

- High level of attention to detail even in monotonous tasks.

- Strong communication skills and ability to speak with a patient to gather clarifying data. - Experience with ServiceNow, Salesforce, RX Connect and PeopleSafe and be able to confidently navigate the systems. null
