Design, develop, test, and implement business systems by gathering and analyzing business requirements, act as an interface between customers and developers to understand the project requirements. Conduct business process and preliminary cost benefit analysis to align IT solutions with business initiatives. Document current process, identify gaps, and develop solutions using BPM tools. Create test cases and tests for effective integration of new and existing applications. Recommend IT solutions and provide technical expertise to address complex application integration and interpretation issues. Develop technical solutions to business problems.
