Apply computer engineering theory in analyzing SCADA systems, Wireless Communication, Fire Alarm Systems and network systems. Design electrical schematic drawings. Analyze risks associated with constructability. Analyze alternate means and methods to determine the most economical alternative for value engineering. Develop database for estimating standardization. Prepare pre-construction budget estimates from concept estimates. Analyze NYCT MTA Electrical Standard drawings and specifications. Prepare baseline project schedules during estimating process. Prepare detailed logical sequence of work to analyze workforce efficiency and schedule. Operate Computer-assisted design software to perform engineering tasks Create quality program and work plans to manage all quality-related issues for company projects Prepare-as built drawings using AutoCAD software Prepare technical drawings and electrical framework specifications to meet client and industry standards Consult designers, clients, and engineers to examine existing and potential building activities. Training in the use of screen takeoff software Cost Estimating Prepare forms for responses to requests for proposals in connection with the public works Companys projects. Represent the company and attend construction site visits for the companys public works projects.

Required: Bachelors degree in electrical engineering.
