Requisitos Necessários

• Cursando Ensino Superior em Administração, Engenharia ou similares a partir 2° semestre.

• Disponibilidade para estagiar em Itatiba (07:45 às 14:20 – Segunda à Sexta);

• Nível de Inglês Intermediário (principalmente escrita e leitura)

• Acima de 18 anos

• Residir em Campinas, Itatiba ou Região.

  Requisitos Desejáveis Possuir conhecimento em Pacote Office (principalmente em Excel, Power Point e Word);

Proatividade, boa capacidade de relacionamento, espírito de equipe e comprometimento;

Organização e facilidade de trabalhar com grande carga de informação;

Desejo por aprendizagem

Bom relacionamento interpessoal, motivação e capacidade de adaptabilidade;

Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita (vai lidar com clientes internos e externos ).

Principais Atividades:

• Auxiliar no cálculo de preços de vendas de produtos e novas cotações;

• Auxiliar nos processos de previsão de volumes de vendas de curto prazo (Forecast) e longo prazo (Long Range Plan);

• Auxiliar nas atividades de análise de mercado, levantamento de dados e análises do segmento automotivo;

• Trabalhar junto aos outros departamentos de engenharia, gerenciamento de projetos, finanças, compras, manufatura facilitando a comunicação;

• Auxiliar no registro de produtos e novos clientes no SAP no ambiente de Vendas;

• Acompanhar os pedidos colocados no sistema (pedidos fechado e abertos);

• Suporte na emissão dos documentos e Notas fiscais;

• Auxiliar no contato com clientes; Processos de vendas no SAP; Forecast de vendas; Atualização de banco de dados da área;

Auxiliar nas apresentações internas para a gerência/diretoria
