About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lease Administration Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing monthly lease payments, managing invoice payments for operational costs, and supervising a team of three direct reports. Your expertise will ensure accuracy and compliance with all regulations and corporate policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Lease Payments & Invoices: Review monthly lease payments and processes, and oversee invoice payments for operational costs.
Team Management: Manage and supervise a team of three direct reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Conduct performance reviews and provide continual staff training.
Lease Documentation: Abstract all commercial lease documents (new leases, renewals, amendments, and subleases) and ensure accurate documentation into the lease portfolio management tool.
Rent & CAM Charges: Review and process monthly rent invoices, reconcile annual rent, and Common Area Maintenance (CAM) recovery charges.
Reporting: Prepare and compile weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for internal stakeholders. Handle lease-related queries from internal teams and landlords.
Data Management: Review, process, and maintain all pertinent data related to leased aviation assets.
Software Maintenance: Maintain lease administration software to track lease terms, rent escalations, and other critical dates.
Key Date Monitoring: Monitor and communicate key dates such as lease expirations, insurance renewals, commencements, and rent increases to internal stakeholders.
Portfolio Management: Be an integral part of the accounting, administrative, and legal requirements associated with a real estate portfolio.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
5+ years of experience in lease administration or property management
Must have leadership/management experience
Must have commercial real estate experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of lease terminology and documentation
Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills
Proficiency in Excel
Experience with numbers and reports
Knowledge of reconciliations

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $125000.00/yr.
