Job Title: Bilingual Warehouse Supervisor

Job Description

Aerotek is hiring now for a Warehouse/Shipping Supervisor in the Jacksonville, FL area! Responsibilities include of all dock operations and lead a dynamic team in managing inbound shipments, inventory, and employee oversight. Ensure efficient staging of materials and maintain operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have WMS experience and 2+ years of Warehouse Leadership experience.

Overview:

  • Job title: Warehouse/Shipping Supervisor

  • Location: Jacksonville, FL (northside)

  • Shift: 7:00am-3:30pm (M-F)

  • Pay: $22/hr (based on experience)

  • Warehouse facility (non-climate controlled)

  • Lead a team of 5-10 dock and shipping team members

  • Utilize WMS and Excel computer programs to manage inventory

  • Material handling, staging, and preparing orders for shipment

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Warehouse Leadership experience

  • Experience utilizing various computer programs including WMS and Excel

  • Ability to operate forklift is a plus

  • Bilingual (English and Spanish) is preferred
